01Is the price on the card the price of the trip?
Listed prices are per person and are the starting price for that itinerary. Every package page lists its inclusions and exclusions line by line, so you can see what is covered before you enquire.
02Can I change the itinerary?
Yes. Every package is a starting point, not a fixed product. Send an enquiry from any trip and a planner will adjust the cities, the number of nights or the hotels around your dates.
03Can I compare trips side by side?
Add up to 4 trips to the compare tray from any card. The comparison lines up price, nights, hotels, meals, flights and inclusions in one table.
04Can I keep a copy of the plan?
Every package page can be downloaded as a PDF itinerary, and you can save trips to come back to later.
05How do group tours work?
Group tours leave on fixed dates with a published price for each departure. Every upcoming date is on the Group Tours page; other packages run on the dates you choose.
06Do I need an account to save or compare trips?
No. Saved trips and comparisons are stored in your own browser, so they work straight away. Signing in is only needed for your profile.
07What happens to the details I send in an enquiry?
Your name, contact details and trip preferences go to OTP's planning team so a planner can reply to you about your trip.
